The farm’s name comes from a family tradition of setting aside a “reserva” after each harvest, savings that eventually made it possible to buy the land and build the family’s future.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eSince Carlos passed away in 2020, Gloria has continued leading the farm with the support of her children, including her youngest son, who now helps manage fermentation.
