"My father became a great coffee producer when I was a child, he could build big farms in the region; since I had 1l years old, he took me every day to the farm to work. When I was 18 years old, he made me the administrator of a plot of his farm. In 1994 | could buy my first farm that was very little but I was very happy to could work on my own farm. In 2008, for the first time, I heard about specialty coffee thanks to the competition of Cup of Excellence in Honduras and the San Vicente mill that supported a lot to participate to some of our neighbours; little by little, we were got to know in this world. So, since 2011 l had access to the specialty coffee market and prepared my first micro-lot of coffee."
