We discovered a small seam defect in some of our paper bags, which is allowing air to seep in and causing the coffee to age faster than expected. We’ve been using these bags for a while without any issues, so we believe it’s a manufacturing fault affecting a recent batch.
To ensure quality, we’re immediately switching back to our previous mono-plastic bags while we work with our supplier to find a solution.
